Thank you for your interest in the products and services of Blackmimi Pet Supplies (KT0509871-M). This Limited Warranty applies to physical goods, and only for physical goods, purchased from Blackmimi Pet Supplies (KT0509871-M). 

What does this warranty cover?

• Any defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the Warranty Period
• The company will repair the product, at no cost, if the product is still under warranty

What will you do to correct problems?

• The company will repair any broken parts of a product using new or replacement parts
• The product will be exchanged with a new product

How long does the coverage last?

• The Warranty Period for physical goods purchased from Blackmimi Pet Supplies is 12 months from the date of purchase
• The A replacement Physical Good or part assumes the remaining warranty period of the original Physical Good

What does this warranty not cover?

• Damage of a product resulting from negligence
• Damage of a product resulting from unauthorized modification of the product
• Damage caused by natural disaster
• Damage caused by furry pets
• Theft or loss of the product

What do customers need to do to get repairs/service under the warranty?

• Product must be in returned in its original packaging, or if the customer can send it in any package
• BlackMimi Care Warranty Card is required
• Documents or accessories that shipped with the product must be included in the package
• Company will not responsible for any shipping cost in the process of warranty repair
